We also provide an independent third-party home inspection for your new home when built outside a municipality. We use superior products as such as Kenmore appliances, York heating and air conditioning, Overhead Door, Sherwin-Williams paints, Jeldwen windows, Boral Brick Company, James Hardie siding and Elk roofing materials as standard. However, our clients may request other brands if they wish. Our standard roofing shingles have a 30-year warranty and we provide professionally applied termite treatment with an optional extended warranty available on all of our homes.
