As we were going through the builder selection process, we thought narrowing down the field of good builders in this area, to one who was right for us, would be difficult. After the bidding and interview process was done it was only natural for Anne and I to select Christian Homebuilders. Besides being impressed with inspecting your completed homes we appreciated your honesty, attention to our personal needs, willingness to listen to all our ideas, your suggestions on how to improve on those ideas and your personal commitment to fulfilling our dreams.

We valued the fact that you kept us informed of what was about to take place during the building process and helping us best focus our attentions. It can get complicated because of all the things there are to think about during the course of building a home. Your segmented approach helped us from being overwhelmed.

Christian Homebuilders, in our opinion, is also the best builder in this area and when it comes to following up once our home was completed. Your diligence to correcting the minor adjustments that always seem to happen was appreciated. We were completely satisfied with all the final adjustment work performed.

Our home is everything we dreamed it would be. We are enjoying it immensely and have had nothing but great comments from all our family, friends and neighbors.

We would also like to thank Cindy for all she did to make our home building experience an enjoyable one. Nothing happens until the paper work is done! Plus, we’re sure her loving counsel to you helped tremendously.

In 2004, Christian Home Builders, Rick Renfro built us a garage. It has approximately 1400 square feet, consisting of a 3+ car garage, along with a workshop area with cabinets and a half bath, and a large, finished “Texas basement” upstairs for storage or future apartment. We have been well satisfied with the quality of work, as well as the price. There were no unpleasant “surprises” that would require more money than originally agreed upon. We would use this company again, were we to build a new home, or add on to an existing one.

After interviewing many home builders, Our First visit with Rick and wife Cindy at Christian Home Builders convinced my husband and I that we had found the right person to assist us with the project of building our new home.
